Just purchased (Feb. 15) a certified used 2019 Tiguan Trendline-2 from Gold Key Volkswagen Langley. Shout outs to D-Jay Nicolls (Sales and Lease) and Gary Sandhu (Financial Services Manager). The whole purchase process was low key, stress free with plenty of laughs on the two visits required. We got a price-point on the vehicle (well below advertised----without haggling) and a finance rate and term that fit our budget. We let D-Jay (sales) know in advance what down payment we were putting down, monthly payments we could live with and the financing term term we wanted. He met with the sales and finance managers and the rest is history. Oh by the way did I mention that the car I drove home today is immaculate? Good deal. Good service. Good people. We have never had a problem here since we bought our first vehicle with them 5 years ago. They are really good at communicating with the customer and service is efficient . It is nice that they have a body shop attached to them as well. Staff are very personable and they also have a pick up and drop off service which is a life saver. Very pleased with this company.

I have dealt with a Volkswagen dealership before and wow what a difference it was here. The whole process was super easy and even though it took longer than I was expecting it was obvious they were doing everything they could to help me get through quickly and take home my new "beast". After repeatedly experiencing some of the worst service (and ethics) from the VW dealer one city to the East of Langley, I was absolutely thrilled with every interaction, every person, and the overall service at Gold Key. In particular, the driver, Chris, who valet drove me to my office while they worked on my vehicle, was respectful, and a wonderful ambassador for the company.
